Mike Campbell – Director of Finance and Accounting
Mike Campbell serves as Director of Finance and Accounting for the IAM National Pension Fund, IAM National 401(k) Fund, and National IAM Benefit Trust Fund. Mike is responsible for the maintenance of all accounting records and reports in accordance with GAAP and all other required rules and regulations; coordinating the audits and proper filing of tax returns; and serving as a key point of contact for external auditors while ensuring that recordkeeping and systems meet the requirements of auditors and government agencies. Mike is also responsible for establishing internal control processes required to manage and grow the funds, and he drives the annual budget process and monthly reporting.
Prior to coming to the Fund Office, Mike served in senior financial roles for one of the world’s largest benefits consulting firms. Mike holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern University.
